• Group membership details (group name, beneficiary account information you provide)
• Contribution amounts and frequencies you set
• Payment reports you submit ("I paid $X on [date]")
• Conversation messages sent to our service number

Information collected automatically:

• Message timestamps and delivery metadata
• IP addresses of web visitors
• Basic usage analytics (pages visited, browser type)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the coordination service (tracking contributions, payment reports, and confirmations)
• To send reminders and notifications relevant to your group activity
• To respond to your messages and support requests
• To improve and develop the service
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as follows:

• Within your group: Group administrators can see member names, pledge amounts, and payment confirmation status for members of their group. Members can see their own data and aggregate group status.
• Service providers: We use Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (messaging), Google Cloud (infrastructure), and Anthropic or Google (AI). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store:

• Bank account numbers, routing numbers, or financial account credentials
• Payment card numbers (card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details)

For contribution tracking, we only know what you tell us. When you say "I paid $150," we record that report — we do not verify it with any financial institution.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@vinculo.money. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data storage, access controls, and secure communication channels. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing

Vínculo is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the messaging channel associated with your account. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
